Received mail stating "ServiceNow Certification Invalidation"

I took CSA recently and passed. Two days back I received mail as shown below

When I opened my Nowlearning it is showing as below

Do I need to take course and exam again by paying amount or they will issue Voucher for the same. What is the next step to proceed ?

I would contact nowlearning@service-now.com and query it to understand why it has happened.

They are better positioned to help you than the community members.

Hello ,

Yes i think you need to take the exam again because this error comes when you did not take delta exam for the latest version of service now .

Please check if you took delta exam to maintain you CSA certificate for ROME version or not. 

Because for san diego delta we still have time till august 11th.

But just to double check please raise a case in your now learning account or just mail nowlearning@servicenow.com which will raise the case automatically

I had this happened to my team as well. Just to confirm the mode you have taken the certification "Onsite" or "Online"?
