Hi experts,
I would appreciate help with a problem I am facing.
I created a variable in the service portal form called category.
Type: Lookup Select Box.
Type Specifications TAB
Lookup form table : incident[incident]
Lookup value field : Category[category]
When I access the form and click on the variable other than none, no value appears.
Has anyone encountered this problem before and can help?
