Redirect to external link for catalog item in Genius result

Hello,
There is a catalog item when I click on it to open, it opens an external link and displays alert box to enter user's credentials to access that page, with normal search on sp portal and when I do the same search by activating Genius results it is opening a page with "sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id" page which doesn't redirect to the link. I have checked and updated the search actions, but it’s still not working.
Need help on how to configure the alert box on Genius card request button. Thanks

Hello @Abeer-khan,
- Go to Service Portal > AI Search > Search Result Actions.
- Filter the list based on the portal you're using.
- Find the Catalogue result configuration.
- On the form, ensure the correct service portal, portal page, and action name are populated.
- In the "URL" field, enter the external URL you want to redirect to.
- Ensure the "Isolate script" field is set to "false" and that the script is set to run in the Portal.

I have created the below search action. How this will work for a specific catalog item. I'm unable to find the isolate script field it is not available on this table. Thank you.
