Survey: Trigger randomly at 100%

We have a survey with Trigger Randomly checked and probability 100% and we do have INCs with no survey sent. Should I uncheck trigger randomly?

I would recommend unchecking the trigger randomly, as it's not random and that could be causing an issue. You can leave the probability as what it is and then ensure that the individual receiving it, that field is properly selected and you should be fine.

I was looking for any business rule or anything that has the script for the trigger_randomly, would you know where I could find that? Just wanted to confirm a few things.
