I have created an internal service portal, to which I have a couple of catalog items that use a reference drop down list. The same field is mapped for each drop down causing the issue. Whether it be for an Incident, Request or Change Request.
Service affected = business_service
This works for me as admin, but as a standard not IT user with just SNC_Internal, the list is empty.
I have ensured that SNC_Internal is in the ACL for this field, still no joy.
I have changed 'Reference', to 'Lookup Select Box' (ACL also correct for this field), still no luck.
Dictionary overrides are on:
But I cannot see any access conflicts.
Any thoughts? Thanks

No joy, SNC_Internal has a minimum of read access to Task, cmdb_ci_service and cmdb_ci_service_business
