Regarding Related Articles to be visible on ESC Portal

Hi All,

I have a requirement to add Related Articles for the Record Producers on the ESC Portal.

I have added the Knowledge Article in the below :

But when opening the Record Producer in front end in ESC Portal, the Related Article is not visible.

 

Any inputs here?

Do you have the related articles widget on your form? OOB it's on the sc_cat_item page. See here for more info: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-managemen...
