Regarding Related Articles to be visible on ESC Portal

Hi All,

I have a requirement to add Related Articles for the Record Producers on the ESC Portal.

I have added the Knowledge Article in the below :

But when opening the Record Producer in front end in ESC Portal, the Related Article is not visible.

Any inputs here?
