Related list record in should open in only Specific view .

Hello Everyone. 

I had created  two related list under case form. whenever user open record from 1st related list it is should be open ACE view only. if user open record form second related list it should open in a ABE View only. how i can achieve this..? Please help

Hi @Mannam Praveen  ,

can you try the view rule so that it will work.

like for example : i opened the case record in "Case" view 

it has two related list Child Cases and Task 

if i open the Child Cases then it will open in the Customer Self Service

if i open the task then it will open case view

i have created the view rule for those with proper the conditions so that it wont impact any other views
