Related list tab not available in vendor form

Hi Experts , 

 these Tabs 'Non BAU Attachments
2.Assessment Category Results and Assessment Metric result " not available(YOKOHAMA instance) in vendor(table name- core_company) form related list .

How to find these Tabs , Please Help me on this

Where? native or workspace? share screenshots

was it present in earlier instance before upgrade?

the related list is not seen by admins or non-admins?

was this working fine before upgrade?
