Related search box is showing only on new state on an task

Related search box is only showing on new state on a task. We have added on the form layout but still hiding on changing the state from new. Please help us here

Check any conditional logic exist in the client script/ UI policies etc. i.e., if state is new then only visible the related search box or check the view i.e., check that Is there any particular view displaying the select box by changing the view.
