Remove the Request Approval UI action from Reactivate template form

Hi,

We have requirement to hide the Request Approval UI action from standard change Reactivate template form for a new record(which is located at standard change catalog under Change) and we are not sure where this Request Approval UI action is located. Need some help on this.

Hi @Community Alums, I tried to modify the standard change proposal UI action but this UI action is not coming from the proposal for reactivate template
