Remove User's Name from Additional Comments (with requester) field in a Notification

Dear all,

Screenshot #1 shows a preview of a notification shown in screenshot #2.

I need to remove the highlighted user's name revealed by "Additional comments (Customer visible)" field.

Please help me on how to remove it..

I believe, You can create a email script on sys_journal_field table and then call the email script in your notification.
