Report created on RITM or sc task table unable to show all the variables

Hi Team,

 

We have created Report on RITM table and trying to show the variables on the report.

Some to some extend we are able to add and get the values in the list view. After adding few more variables to list, all the values are coming empty.

 

Is there any limitation that, we can add up to these many variables only to report? any work around for this?
This is initial data shown in screenshot 1.

In the Xanadu version of ServiceNow, we can create reports and add them to dashboards. I have a Catalog Item called "Employee Claim Request", which contains several variables. When creating a report on the Requested Item table (sc_req_item), we can access these variables.

 

In the dashboard(adding a KPI (list)) , when clicked on that KPI, right that configuration panel opens and in that we have columns that can be added to the list, a pop-up appears showing all available fields for the selected table (sc_req_item). In that pop-up, there's a "Variables" column that allows us to select and include the variables specific to that catalog item as columns in the report. This helps in building detailed, variable-level reports for catalog items like Employee Claim Requests.
