Report Needed

I’m new to ServiceNow and I’m looking for help on generating a report to identifying which assignment groups existed and are enabled, and comparing that to the assignment groups that are actively being used.

any help will be gladly appreciated.

ServiceNow provides OOTB reporting and visualization capabilities that allow you to generate reports based on specific conditions.

If you need to create a report based on an Assignment Group, you can follow these steps:

i)Navigate to Reports ,Create New.

ii)Select the appropriate table (ex :  Incident).

iii)Apply the required filter condition (ex  :  Assignment Group = desired group).

iv )Configure the report type, style, and visibility as needed.

Save and run the report.
