Report on Incident assignment group - empty vs not empty

Hi
I would like to make a report in incident table to show % of incident assigned to one of support groups vs not assigned to any group. How to do it?

It is not possible in standard reporting for that; you need to use PA. In standard reporting, we can

This needs to be done through performance analytics - do you have this in your subscription? Do you have the knowledge of configure it? If not, then I would recommend you to go through NowLearning and take the free training to learn it first.
