Report on Incident assignment group - empty vs not empty

I would like to make a report in incident table to show % of incident assigned to one of support groups vs not assigned to any group. How to do it?

Yes, we have  PA subscription. I already did PA courses. but not sure how to do this report, that's the reason I ask here.
