Report showing all assignment groups on On-Call

Good People,

I need a report that will list all assignment groups that are being used on the On-Schedule. So I need to know for example out of my 250 assignment groups how many have an On-schedule defined.

Just a note I am on ITSM standard, washington release

Best bet is with a report with a related list condition.  Build the report on the group table, then whichever table is storying those on-schedule records... there should be a reference back to the group.  Find that reference in the Related List Conditions and make sure that you're returning where the count is greater than 0.  Not sure if these are the precise conditions, but you should get the idea...
