Report to generate tickets closed per engineer per week

Hi All

I'm having difficulty in generating a report that will show me how many tickets each of my engineers has closed during the current week as a bar chart.  I would also like to run a separate report showing how many tickets they have closed per month.

All engineers are part of an assignment group.

Ideally i would like the number of tickets closed on the left axis and each engineer on the bottom axis.  I have tried to do this however am struggling.

Any help on this would one would be greatly appreciated

You should be able to just create a Bar chart, with your Group By value set to "Assigned To". Set your conditions to fit your requirements and you should be set

That has worked, though when i am adding this to the homepage, i get a large graph.  Is there a way to create a new layout?  Ideally looking for three columns, two are full width and then the report data underneath though this does not need to be full length.

Hi,

In the Style , You can select the "chart size" is small .

check if it is worked or not.

Please look into Style Tab on the reporting ,where you can  provide  

Custom chart size,Chart Size ...

Also please look No of Groups(10)..if you change the value to 5 ,it will show only  5 groups..
