What is the best way to export a pivot table report from the incident table to excel or csv? Is that even possible?

Hello Chris,
You can export a list report as an Excel spreadsheet by right-clicking any column heading and selecting Export > Excel.

Hi Chris,
Unfortunately, you can't export the pivot table report itself. You can export the data behind it from a list view, but it won't be in the pivot -- you'll have to rebuild the pivot whenever you export it.
If you want to publish pivot reports (including more advanced multi-level pivots) in an interactive format to users outside of ServiceNow, you can use Explore Analytics.

If someone still is looking to export a pivot table just try to copy from browser to Excel, 9 out of 10 times this will work.
