Reporting roles in ServiceNow

Hi All,

Which minimum role is required to give a user, so that he can run a report in ServiceNow,

Hi

Users must have the report_user role to see the Reports module on the application navigator (left navigation pane).

One should also have the read access on the table they want to run the report on.

Can the users with the report_user role share the reports they created with someone else?

You can try it yourself by creating a test user.
