Request state is not updating via update record in flow designer

Hi Community,

Trying to update request state via update record in flow designer but it is not updating request.

Other fields are setting but not request state when it is approved.
When rejected working fine but on approved facing this issue.

Post approval of the record, aren't there any generation of RITM or SCTASK record?

Because "Closed Complete" is something after you complete the related activities on RITM or SCTASK based on the OOB Business rules. 

Note: There is "Request State" and "State" field in Request table.

In flow RITM state is updating working fine until here

but after that REQ request state is not updating and state is updating.

request state updating at  10 but after ask for approval at 23 it is not
