basically, we would like to check if there is a way we can have this graphs in range for this

ex: 1-2 3-5 6-9 more than 9 etc or similar

something like this when you do group by Opened (or Created field)

Yes, you can configure this using Report Ranges.

As @Robert H  has suggested, report ranges would be the way to go.
