May I know how to get a  incident reports worked by all users ' I want to get a reports of all user and groups worked on one incident ticket . 

 

For example INC000045 I WANT TO GET ALL USERS AND ASSIGNMENT GROUP WORKED ON THIS ONE INC00045

Yes, for this you need to create 2 metrics. and then you can create the reports on same.
