Reprocessing email is not working

Hello All,
I have issue in Reprocessing "Received Emails " , I was trying to Reprocess received email , I'm getting info message stating event has been created but it is not creating an entry in sys_emails table , can some help me what might be the issue here

It wont create a new log entry instead it will be the same log entry with a new Updated time.

Reprocessing an email will not create an additional entry on the sys_email table; as the email has already been added to the table. You'll have to open the entry and view the Email Log related List for the activity
