Very new to the ServiceNow platform. Sort of learning on the fly until we secure an engineer.
We have a request form for our HR team that only they are able to see. When an HR employee logs into the Employee Center they see a button called "HR Requests". Nobody else in the company can see this.
HR has a single employee that needs to be able to view this form. I thought this visibility was based off of a security group in AD, but nothing stands out when comparing to other users.
Thoughts on where to check to see how the permissions for this form are set? Thanks in advance!

You can set the user criteria for the catalog item level. Or share some screen to understand more clear.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Thank you, I think I may have figured this out. It looks like it was locked down to anyone who had a department of Human Resources. This user had a department of HR. Updated the department to Human Resources and am waiting for feedback from the user. More to come.

is this an OOB button?
if not then please check how is that custom button shown via widget etc and check the visibility condition there.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Great question Ankur! I'm going to lean on yes, this is a custom button as it's a button to a form that we had a developer create. I'm very new to this entire process, mind pointing me towards the section that shows me the visibility?
