request is still open even the SCTASK's and RITM's are closed

Hi All,

we have some bulk number of requests are still open even the RITM and SCTASK's are closed

RITM state and stage is closed

and workflow state is showing as finished

can any one let me know the root cause ??

Hi,

you will have to check and debug was there any BR on RITM or SC Task which was supposed to run to close the REQ which didn't run for those records

Hi there is OOB BR on RITM table "Close Parent if Required" . Did you check this? this should have closed your request if the conditions are matched on BR

Hi Shabbir,

There is one OOB business rule named "Close Parent if Required" in instance. Check if it is active and working fine or not.

If you want to close all those Requests now,  you can run a background script and force close them.
