If it's on your personal dev, you go to developer.servicenow.com and login. Then through manage instance->actions->activate plugin. There in the list you should have something like "flow for service catalog" or similar.

I have activated the plugin but in trigger condition which table i need to give to trigger the workflow and also in Flow field i'm unable to see the activated flows ?

Hi ,
just wanted to understand we i am new to flow designer, does this mean in Kingston we cant use the flow designer to replace all service catalog workflows with flow designer ?

Yes, that is true. In Kingston release you don't have the functionality to use flows for Service Catalog.
