Hello @GLewis5 ,

We have below three request methods - Order, Request and submit.

Those settings only apply in the Service Portal, so when you are creating your catalog item and use the "Try it" button to look at what your item looks like, you're getting the platform view, not the Service Portal view. To get a true feel for what it will look like, you need to open the service portal on another tab or something and navigate to the item there.

Hi @GLewis5

As ShubhamGarg mentioned, the three request methods available are Order, Request and Submit. These are options that display the relevant text on the button in the service portal for the submission of the catalog item as well provide pre-configured behaviours of the button/catalog item. The following screenshots show the default  behaviour depending on which request method is chosen:

The defaults can be changed however you like so if you want to use the submit request method, but would like to show the delivery time, you can uncheck the 'Hide delivery time' checkbox.

When the requested method is changed to "Request" or "Order", it's possible to write additional information via a pop-up. However, this information is not recorded in the work notes, making it impossible to retrieve later. From my perspective, this makes the feature rather useless, as the data is not traceable or documented properly.
