Request to pull kb number when creating incident from knowledge article

Hi ,

 

Could you please assist me with the following request? When creating an incident from a knowledge article, the KB number should automatically populate in the incident form. Could you advise on the required system property "glide.knowman.create_incident_link" and the value that needs to be filled in?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

 

We can able to create incident on a knowledge article, but the request is We need to autopopulate the kb number in incident form.

I was checking this in my PDI but there is no field which capture this. You can use the parent field but need to modify it.

While creating incident in knowledge article(kb_view), only comment is capturing knowledge article short description. I also want same for "kb number" in incident form. it should capture knowledge article number.
