requested for company is populating in test not in dev

Hi Team,

Requested for Company is populating in Test instance, but not in dev.

I have created a change request, I have selected caller name and filled the mandatory fields, I have saved the form, after saving the form Company is populated.

Same thing when I do in dev, it is not populating.

All the dictionary are same in dev and Test.

Client script I have checked, but not found any?

Apart from that what I need to check

This looks suspicious. If everything is the same, why is it working for one user and not for others? Is it pending only for a single user or for all users? Please try clearing the cache.

you didn't share your script, screenshots etc how are you populating that?

what debugging did you do?
