requested items always defaults to self service view

How can I make Self Service - Requested Items default to "default view" rather than "Self Service View"?   I can change it to default view but it always defaults back to Self Service.

Hello Donna,



Assuming you are logged in as admin. Can you right click on module "Item" and make sure view field is blank.

No. Please click on link type tab and then check for view name field. It should be blank.
