Resolved tickets are not auto-closing

Resolved tickets are not auto-closing: Incident are not closing after 7 days.
I have checked the system properties and BR "Incident autoclose" and also checked scheduled job. All are active.
Please suggest me any solution for this.

It checks for updated time for the record & compares it to be more then 7 days. Seems, the records that are not closed will have an update time which will be less than 7 days & thus is the case.

Hi,
Did you check if somebody updated the auto closure BR logic?
Major incidents are not auto closed via that BR
Did you check your incident is a major incident or not?

I have checked, my incident is not Major incident and i changed the System properties=1 and tested.
changed state to resolved still it is not closed.

you will have to wait for 1 day
Did you check any incident was resolved yesterday?
Did you check that BR is not updated by someone and is active=true?
