Resolved tickets are not auto-closing

Resolved tickets are not auto-closing: Incident are not closing after 7 days.
I have checked the system properties and BR "Incident autoclose" and also checked scheduled job. All are active.
Please suggest me any solution for this.

that line is present OOB then it should not cause the issue
The issue must be some other script
