REST API explorer menu drop down list is blank

i do not understand why this morning this is not working and when i tried to perform API Call , error: external user not authorised . i have used admin and also have the rest_api_explorer role and sn_external and sn_internal role 

any idea?

@chercm : Post-removal, did you try logging out and logging back in? Also, try to clear the cache and give it a try. If it still doesn't work, create another user with the required credentials (just for testing) to check the behavior. As this is specific to your instance, please start checking the user profile and roles, like I mentioned earlier.

@Sainath N i have removal but when i scroll down the role it is still there and i cannot remove it

@chercm : This role needs to be removed to make this work. Try from roles related list from user record or with some script
