REST API explorer menu drop down list is blank

i do not understand why this morning this is not working and when i tried to perform API Call , error: external user not authorised . i have used admin and also have the rest_api_explorer role and sn_external and sn_internal role 

any idea?

Hi @chercm 

If you only have a small session timout then it might happen that you are not logged in anymore. Can you please refresh the browser to make sure you are logged in?

i cannot remove snc_external i think it got enabled by itself by the CSM plugin  - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-customer-service-management/page/administer/contextual-... . i have removed that plugin but i cannot remove that role as it was granted by a blank box.
