Restrict Assign To for Consecutive SCTASK Assignments within same Support Group

Hello, 

 

I have the following use case and I need to get over a problem which I explain below. One of the business unit is trying to impement 4 eyes principle for one of their process. Here where I am struggling. 

 

1) Task 1 is assigned to Group A. The Assigned To of Task 1 is person X. 

 

2) Task 2 is assigned to Group A again. The Assigned To of Task 2 must not be person X but anyone else among the members of Group A. 

 

Could you please show me the right direction to get over this use case?
