Restrict duplicate items in "add to cart" on service portal

Hi Team,

 

Please help me in how to restrict adding same items multiple times in cart on service portal.

 

I have added this below business rule with advanced condition but no working

Hi, 

If you want to prevent an item to be duplicated in the cart, I would suggest that you disable the add to cart option on this item, and instead have the user submit the item directly .
