Scheduled data import is not importing at scheduling time

Scheduled data import is not importing at the scheduled time but working when we click on execute now. Please help me on this. Thanks in advance.

If we click on execute now, it is working but it is not loading the data for every 20th day of a month

Okay, so what debugging have you made?

What does the script contain?

Is the data the same when importing (no fields changes means no updates happen) ?
