Hi,
Restrict inbound/outbound emails(sys_email) and visible to only specific role users and which should not impact on task table in activity
Tried Business Rule run before on Query, able to restrict but emails are not processing. Also tried ACL's not working as expected.
Tried communities, didn't find any proper link. Appreciate your help on this

default property has itil role, all itil role users can see all emails irrespective of email recipients. either only recipients should see their own emails or only security admin should see all emails.
If I update only security_admin role, will that visible to only security admin and emails will processed ? will it impact on task activity ?

@OlaN How does this work for inbound emails sent using inbound rules as it relates to HR Service Delivery? The use case:
We are using COE security policies to restrict access to HR Groups.
Example:
If COE is HR Case (sn_hr_core)
Applies to All is checked.
conditions are: HR Service [is] Benefits.
Groups with access= HR Benefits.
However, When an inbound email is sent for Create HR Case, Users can see these records even when they are not in the HR Benefits group.
