Hi All,
We have a decision table which stores the condition as catalog item and result as a subflow.
We have observed one of the subflow has been get deleted from the system and result in decision table related to that flow is showing the sys id and it is breaking the ritms.
How can we verify, how this subflow has been get deleted? when this happened and who has done that? and how to revert the deletion?
