Hi,
We have noticed that on Service requests, that once a Request is complete at all stages, a user is still able to add a work note to the RITM.
Within Incident when the ticket is in a Closed state, the option to add a work note is removed.
Is this OOTB for Requests to work this way and if so why remove the access on Incidents but not on Requests ?
The issue with RITM that it only sends 2 updates into an open task, so if a user does for whatever reason put a comment in a closed RITM we dont see it anyway, unless we now have to create a report on our dashboards to pick up comments added after closure.
