User with awa_manager & awa_admin role not able to see the records of OOB database view

Hi All,

We want to create report using "awa_agent_presence_capacity_group_queue" OOb database view. Users with awa_admin, awa_manager role is also not able to see the records present in this database view. Getting generic "Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints: 20" ACL error. 

 

What role is required to access the record of this database view ?

Can anyone help here ??

 

I have checked read ACL's of all the tables used in this database view and "awa_manager" is the common role in all ACL's.  But still user with "awa_manager" role is not able to see/read the data of "awa_agent_presence_capacity_group_queue" database view.
