Hi All,
I took the Risk assessment UI Action on the change table and copied it to make it available as a button as well. In my case, when I created the button (both options are available on the form), the risk assessment would not work. No matter if I click the link or the button nothing happens. Then, I deactivated the link and the button still did not work. The link works fine on its own. Am I missing something?
Thanks 🙂

Actually, In the same UI, I enabled the button and left the link active as well. That worked for me. Previously, I had the Risk Assessment as a copy and stay but just as a button and that did not work. it must be all selected in the same UI Action.

Hi, I have just tested this in an OOB PDI (rome) and the functionality worked for me.
Open the 'Calculate Risk' UI action
Remove Form link flag, add Form button flag, insert and stay.
Navigate to a suitable Change Request
A form button 'Calculate Risk' is visible.
Click on the button the risk assessment runs and returns info message

Hello,
thank you for your reply. I am trying to create a button for the 'Risk Assessment' UI Action. It responds when I have it as a link and the questions for the assessment appear but it does not respond when I have it as a button. I am trying to figure out why?! Please see images attached
Thank you,

Hi,
I have a same requirement where I need the risk assessment UI action as a button on the change form. I tried to insert and stay and also created a new one and I even changed the action name and onClick function name but still nothing is getting popped on the screen when I click the button. I have attached some screenshot for your reference.
In the screenshot you can see that I have made changes only on the first 7 lines and the line 113.
When I click the button, the alert is popping up which is on line 4. I guess something wrong with line 3.
