Risk status updates after some delay instead of immediately

I have created risk conditions according to given requirements, conditions work fine, but when testing by creating a change, the risk status updates after some delay instead of immediately

Hi @ShwetaD 

I don't think it's an issue. It might be that there are many risk questions, and in the backend, it takes a few seconds or minutes to calculate the risk.
