RITM activity is not updating when the email is sent for asking for approval with flow designer

As a standard process, we always have to send emails asking for approval and register them under Activities. This is working with workflow.

I have created flow designer one of the catalog, email is being sent (asking for approval) but in the RITM activity it's not updating..

 

They are sending at notification at workflow level in the same way we need to be configure for flow designer.

can any on help on this in creating flow designer.

In RITM activities click on funnel icon shown below in snapshot, and click on "configure available fields"

add Approval field in list.

Approval is existing and enabled in RITM.
