Flow Designer executions stuck approvals not triggering.

Hi everyone,

We’re experiencing an ongoing issue with Flow Designer , where multiple flows are stuck in In Progress or are not moving past an approval step.
flow context of RITM also showing the error as you can see in the image.

Hi @Jayesh 315,

 

This usually happens when the Flow Engine or worker queue gets stuck in the instance. Because of that, the flow context cannot process the next step, so the flow stays “In Progress," and approvals don’t move forward. The message “Waiting for flow execution data” indicates the execution details are not being processed.

You can check the Flow Context and System Logs for errors and try restarting or retrying the flow. If multiple flows are stuck, it’s likely an instance issue.

I know It's instance issue But what exactly we have to do here??

There is nothing we can do about it, unfortunately, because PDI is not supported by the Now Support, so it's better to wait and have patience.

Make sure you copy the flow.
