RITM stage showing incorrect on the Portal

Hi All,

 

After submitting the request, I see that the catalog item stage is 'Initiating', and when I refresh the page, it shows 'Waiting for approval'.

I want 'Waiting for approval' stage immediately after submitting my request as we have set in the flow.

What could be the cause, and what is the solution?

Hi @SpartanW4963600,

 

The issue happens because the RITM is rendered immediately after submission, before your flow has had time to update the stage to Waiting for Approval. So it still shows the default stage 'Initiating'. You would have to make change in widget to load REQ/RITM details after some delay to not show it.

Did you configure flow for your catalog item?
