Others in operations are needing to create additional subtasks on requests. I've looked and kind find the correct role to apply to them. Does anyone know what I'm missing?
Scenario: From a RITM, go to the bottom where the tasks are. With the right role, you have a "New" button for creating additional tasks.

Everyone in IT has the ITIL role. Currently only admins have the New button for creating subtasks.

Hi Jeremy,
You might need to have catalog_admin role. However, this role comes with many more permissions and is not recommended just to see the button.
In case ITIL users need access to the New button, you need to create an ACL.
