Roles usually used to redirect email notification to Native View

Hi,

Can anyone please help me what are the roles usually used to redirect email notification to Native View?

What module are you using? ITSM or HRSD or any other module?

For HRSD, it is redirected to Portal view if User has role that start with sn_hr_sp.hrsp_ (sn_hr_sp.hrsp_alumni, sn_hr_sp.hrsp_contingent, sn_hr_sp.hrsp_contractor, sn_hr_sp.hrsp_employee, sn_hr_sp.hrsp_new_hire). If user dont have any of this role then it is redirected to default portal

Hi,

As per my knowledge, OOTB notifications points to the Native UI.

If you are redirecting Users to Service Portal using SPEntryPage script then it will redirect for those users.
