Hi,
We have a business rule which updates a record in table B when there is a change in table A based upon a unique field called ID. We have updated a blank ID record in table A which updated 1000+ records in table B, since there were 1000+ blank ID records over table B
Now we need to revert back the changes, please help us how to achieve this reversal

not possible to revert. data change in record is not something which is script which is present in versions.
if your table is audited then you can visit those individual records and manually update the fields you want
